As always we understand the sadness when someone comes into our service when relatives feel this is not to their liking. On this occasion, we had a different aspect of the care, support, dignity and respect provided not only by the staff here but also by the external people who were part of this support from the receiver of the care. All staff worked tirelessly to ensure that a discharge to home was able to happen for the benefit of the resident/family.
