Every individual living with dementia has different complex needs and behaviours which are not easy to define, particularly in the context of a pandemic when government restrictions have required different procedures and occasional periods of isolation. We constantly review a resident’s changing needs and behaviours, to ensure we can continue to offer them the very best level of care but on rare occasions, difficult decisions have to be made when another home would be better suited to their needs. We will review your experience and ensure we adapt our approach accordingly. We are glad to hear that your dad has settled in his new care home.
