I understand there were some concerns raised when you first arrived, I am pleased to hear these were quickly rectified and would like to assure you these were raised with the external parties to avoid future issues. We do value all feedback received, I am sorry to hear you felt our home décor and facilities were not to the standard you were expecting. We as a company have been investing in a major refurbishment programme since 2015, in established homes, our updates ensure our homes reflect the high standard of service we provide, I appreciate your feedback and will look at areas we can improve the environment. we are very excited that you would like to come and join us as a volunteer and we look forward to welcoming you back very soon.
