The staff do try to get things right every time and we acknowledge that we are not perfect. The staff team here work hard and we have kept COVID away throughout the last 2 years which is not an easy thing to do with residents who have a Dementia. <br>I will pass your comments onto the staff. <br>Once again thank you.
