We are deeply disappointed to see a review from one of our families. As they correctly commented issues were raised to the Manager and we do concur the home following public health guidelines was closed due to covid outbreaks which were beyond our control. The concerns were also raised with the Directors who spoke to one of the daughters and saw the resident's Wife in person and all concerns were investigated by CQC with no follow-up action. We can only sincerely apologise for the family's perception and always strive to provide the best possible quality care. We acknowledge that due to Covid this has caused challenges for families not being able to see their loved ones which would alleviate any concerns and feel more reassured in these times.
