It is crucial, particularly at end of life that we do everything we can to help the person, and their family, to achieve the best outcome possible. We are therefore very sorry that your expectations weren’t fully met and your experience was not always the best it could have been. We do have a process for recording people’s belongings on admission, and I can only apologise if this didn’t happen.
