Simon, we appreciate you taking the time to write a review of Bilton Hall following your visit to the Nursing Home.  As you might have anticipated, we are disappointed to read your review as we don’t fully recognise your description of either our service or the standards that your remarks appear to convey. Certainly, the circumstances you describe fall short of the standards to which we aspire and would not be acceptable to us as a standard practice.
