I don’t recall calling out to your family when you came to collect your aunt’s belongings, however, I wanted to personally apologise if any offence or upset was caused by my actions. It would never be my intention to make any family member feel pushed aside or cause any further upset on what is an extremely difficult time for you and your family. I am so sorry you feel this was the case for you and I hope this will not be the lasting impression of Four Hills you are left with. I am sorry to hear your overall experience at Four Hills did not meet your expectations.
