Thank you for your review. I am very sorry you feel there are areas within the Home you are not satisfied with. I am more than happy to meet with you to discuss the concerns you have. I am sorry you feel communication is not great, this is very important to us at the Home and myself and staff can always be contacted by telephone or email. I hold monthly Zoom meetings with relatives and they can also speak to me or my Deputy Manager when visiting the Home; we run an open door policy. I always respond promptly to feedback and work with families regarding any issues raised to ensure they are rectified quickly and to their satisfaction.
