Thank you for your review. <br>We take all recommendations seriously. We do in most cases clarify support and supervision with the resident present if appropriate. If a resident changes their mind (and they have full capacity) we are not legally obliged to check with the family first but we would keep the family up to date with any changes. All of our residents are treated as individuals and therefore we treat everyone on a one to one basis with the relevant and appropriate process and care to support and protect them in their best interest.
