I also appreciate your comment about staff being 'thin on the ground'.  I do apologise if it seemed we didn't have enough colleagues.  Sometimes it's hard to see all the staff who are on duty because they're in private rooms providing care and service with residents.  It might help you to know that we use a well-regarded industry-specific staffing level benchmarking tool to help us ensure that we have the right number of staff with the right level of skills on duty each day for the current cohort of residents.
