Thank you for your review and for calling me to ask for my help with a few of outstanding issues.  <br><br>It saddens me to think of anyone receiving poor quality care whilst living in a care home, which is why I work tirelessly to ensure the best possible care for all of the residents I have been privileged to care for over the years. <br><br>As the new home manager at Weston Park, I can hand on heart say that we deliver good care to our residents. I can appreciate that some may feel that I am bound to say that about the service I am now responsible for, but as I have said to those living here, and their loved ones, please judge me/us on what you see now.
