We recognise that your anxieties, sensitivities, and emotions would have been highlighted – in turn causing a stressful situation.<br>You were asked to wait in the foyer which had just been decorated, to include new lighting.<br>Your welcome, we understand due to miscommunication, supported a lengthy wait which, gave you time to observe the sideboard donated to the home by a much-loved resident who has passed away.  It is as you say ‘tired and does have a handle missing’, We believe that the sideboard is individual and has character, as do all of our residents who we care for.<br>We have focused this year on refurbishment and progress is being made flooring is being replaced throughout the home, along with redecoration, and replacement of furniture.
