It's particularly odd given the previous positive feedback you have given to our Care Home Manager verbally and on email.<br>We really don't understand what has happened between your last communications with Dove Tree and this review - but we hope you and your family are well.<br>We would encourage any prospective residents to Dove Tree House not to have your opinion swayed by two recent negative posts from one family.
