We would be remiss to say anything other than how sorry we are that we did not deliver on our own exacting quality standards and that your experience did not reflect that of our other residents and relatives. Concerns are always addressed as soon as they are raised, lessons are learned and all necessary improvements are made. Since your wife’s stay with us shortly after we opened in 2020, we would seek only to assure you that this is the case, and our recent Care Quality Commission three-day inspection, in which we were rated Good in four of five outcomes and Outstanding in the remaining, I hope, further demonstrates this.
