Thank you very much for your fantastic feedback regarding the care provided to your husband, we will pass this on to the team, I am sorry that you feel there could be better communication from the Management Team.  We have an open-door policy at The Orchard Care Home so please feel free to speak to the Home Manager during your visits to the home.  We also have regular relatives meetings which are advertised in the home and we would welcome your participation in these.
