My apologies that your experience was not what you had hoped for, although it is reassuring that you say the staff were lovely and your mum appeared to be looked after well. The care and wellbeing of our residents is always our principal priority. Unfortunately, your mum was not able to join in in group activities due to her health but she loved one-to-one chats and playing connect 4 in her room with our activities coordinator and other staff. I wish your mum well in her new home.
