As you are fully aware an investigation was undertaken following a complaint by yourself. Sadly an electric shaver charging lead was misplaced and a replacement was offered to be purchased, this has yet to be taken up by you. All other complaints you have raised above were found not to be accurate, lacked evidence or were factually incorrect.
