Our menus are created with feedback from residents and reflect their likes and dislikes. Residents have a food passport to capture any particular requirements or wishes in relation to food or the serving of meals. If our menu features something that is not to their liking, residents are able to request an alternative meal or order something from our Chef’s special menu that day. We apologise for the issue with the phone lines in the home. This is something we are aware of and are trying to resolve at present.
