During the call, it was explained to you that we regretted having to impose fee increases, but these are extraordinary times with severe inflationary pressures that we cannot possibly fully absorb. Nevertheless, we have done our very best to minimise the increases to everyone's top-up. From our knowledge of the local care home market, your Grandmother's fee is lower than most homes would charge for a new admission.
