The Richmond care home would like to express their remorse at not being given the time to begin developing a relationship before you left the building with your Mother, we feel 90 minutes was an inadequate amount of time to experience all that The Richmond can offer. <br>The home prides itself in delivering the best care possible from staff who `care with all their hearts` and it is regretful you and your Mother never felt this from staff.<br>We would also like to express our disappointment with the care home review team for publishing a review that did not follow the guidance in their policy as in our opinion what is important is for families is to read a review that is based on the care provided by the home and as no care was delivered on this particular occasion it appears unjust.
