Dear John S, we are sorry you were not happy with the services we provided to your father during his three-week respite stay with us. We are aware from your complaint that your main concern was the timing of your father's discharge, as was explained at the time this was not in our control, but a decision taken by the local authority who were funding your father's care. Our CQC report is in the public domain and was published for you to see before your father came to us, The CQC inspection was completed in November last year and all the actions identified at that time have been addressed by the home.
