Thank you for submitting a review on carehome.co.uk.  I am sorry to hear that you believe your Mum’s stay was not to your expectations.  When a resident has full capacity, we do need to honour their choices and we feel we did this for your Mum.  I know we have already discussed this with another relative but we would be happy to meet with you and your Mum to review further.
