We are delighted to hear that you value our efforts in creating a friendly atmosphere at Greville House and we are pleased that you find our staff friendly and helpful. As you can imagine the pandemic has presented its challenges and our top priority throughout has remained keeping residents and staff safe. This has therefore at times meant putting changes in place to our staff rotas, allowing staff to self-isolate to protect them and residents, while ensuring other team members are allocated additional hours to provide cover and ensure residents are always being cared for.
