As you are aware we are a residential home within an original Georgian grade 2 listed hall and are constantly renovating and looking for suggestions as to how to improve our home. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to do our usual respite survey with your loved one where we gain feedback on all aspects of the home including the décor and staffing levels. This survey gives us insight from the user perspective and most suggestions are implemented.  Please come and visit as the door is always open.
