It makes us very proud to hear the feedback that your father and family are pleased with the care and progress which has been made during his time with us. We do not use agency staff at all, so yes this does provide continuity of care and the staff have got to know your father very well.<br>He has made some valuable contributions to our residents' meetings and by his request we moved his room about so he could watch the TV when he is in bed, improving and promoting his quality of life and choices.
