I am sure it is reassuring to you that your mum is settled and happy and that she appears to compare her current home to a hotel which clearly indicates that she is happy with the quality of care she is receiving from all the team.

Whilst I remain understanding over the lost items, I can only reiterate that if those items were sent with your mum upon her discharge from the hospital they would have been in her room, or my staff would have been aware of them.

I understand it remains unclear if the hospital sent these items upon discharge and I can only apologise for any upset caused to you as I would not be happy about it either.
