We are really sorry and saddened when we are unable to meet the needs of the resident and in this case, resulted in alternative accommodation needing to be sourced. <br>The Royal Windsor is a family run business, placing our residents in the centre of everything we do. The assessment process prior to moving in is thorough, providing us with full details of the potential resident needs and enabling the home to write a robust care plan. We do however require full disclosure of all relevant health information, this is to ensure that we can need their individual needs, this can be overlooked from time to time. We operate on a full complement of qualified and professional staff which includes a supernumerary deputy manager who monitors the delivering of high-quality person-centred care. The team also includes an activity coordinator, residents are encouraged to participate in an assortment of interesting and interactive pass times.
