We are pleased to hear that your wife enjoyed her time at Heavers Court and was appreciative of the care she received.  We are very sorry that you felt it necessary to change her placement but as we are sure you understand we are unable to comment on individual care matters in an open forum. If you would like the opportunity to discuss the reasons behind this decision, please contact the home manager who would be very happy to explore any concerns that you have.
