Please do let us know if we are incorrect, but we believe the comment around medical knowledge and communication may be referring to the results of medical tests conducted at the local hospital. Unfortunately, although we do always try our best to get results and feedback on tests taken in other healthcare settings in a timely manner and inform family members of the outcomes of these as soon as we do, we often struggle to get through to hospitals and GPs (possibly due to NHS and team shortages their end). Where this occurs, please rest assured we will always continue to call and push to get test results as rapidly as we can, and will then always relay them back to the family as soon as we’re able.
