I have investigated your points raised and you appear to be very complimentary of the care that our staff provided to your dad and reported that your dad was ‘really happy with how Bernash staff looked after dad’; which I am extremely pleased with and proud of. It was a pleasure looking after your dad and he was very much loved by all. <br><br>With regards to no one attending your dad’s funeral, I can only apologise that you were upset by this, but we like to respect the family's wishes for a private ceremony and will only attend a funeral if invited by the family.  Had you informed us of the date, I can assure you that the manager, would have definitely attended, just the same as she has done for many families. As you will see by the many wonderful reviews from families, our staff will always show respect and professionalism, so it is upsetting for staff to read such comments, but we will take your points on board.
