We strive to provide high standards of care at all times, and we are very sorry you were not happy with the support your aunt received at the home. We are aware you also made contact directly to raise your concerns which have been reviewed and addressed via our complaint procedure. We are happy to assist people to view our most recent CQC report which recognised progress at the home alongside some areas for development. We continue to work collaboratively with the local authority and the CQC and we are committed to working together on an ongoing basis to develop the service to provide the best experience possible for residents in our care.
