Thank you for your review, we have noted your comments regarding the aesthetics of Clarendon House and it needing re-decoration. Yearly Clarendon House has all lounges, corridors, dining areas and communal areas painted and decorated with colour schemes and designs picked by residents. Should there be a requirement for the decorations to take place earlier it is actioned with immediate effect as we understand the importance of maintaining a presentable and homely environment and its effect on the well-being of our residents. In this instance, we apologise if we could not meet standards and your comments have been noted in our continuous improvement plan.
