We are continuing to recruit for permanent staff, predominantly nurses, but we have consistent agency staff that we use on a regular basis to ensure continuity of care for the residents. In regards to communication, weekly updates are sent to residents and families from management, we have regular residents and relatives meetings, and the home supports contact with families and friends via different communication methods, and this is also supported by the activities team.
