It is good to hear that you feel that your mother is being well looked after. <br>We are aware that, over recent months, we have used an increased number of agency staff but are working hard to recruit our own staff and develop our team. Resident care needs are assessed regularly and staffing is flexed to ensure we are able to meet all resident needs.<br>Thanks also for highlighting concerns around communications; the manager will share this within the team to ensure better communication going forward.
