Myself and the team here are really sad to see your review.<br>Issues that were raised by yourself before your mum left the home in August 2021 (admitted in February 2021)  <br>*Issues with sink – resident continuously flooding her room.  Unable to get plumber in to change taps due to Gov.uk restrictions in place.<br>*Room had been decorated prior to resident moving in.  Walls left blank for family to bring in photos/pictures etc.<br>*Family unable to walk around the home/communal/area due to Gov.uk restriction in place. <br>We have received an email from the daughter looking into and regarding concerns raised in July 2021 before Mum went into hospital, and was then moved to a specialist unit. These issues are all dealt with and we have evidence to support that.
