We take all feedback very seriously. All I can comment on this is that the team at Harmony House works very hard to ensure all of our clients feel comfortable and safe. Your mother is a very popular and much-loved client who has been with us for some time now. The care and well-being of our residents are always our principal priority. From my understanding,  I thought these issues had been previously raised and resolved but will ensure staff are notified of your concern. We will continue to ensure our residents and the care they receive are at the heart of everything we do.
