I am sorry to hear your concerns regarding Arncliffe Court Care Home and we are aware of your dad's time spent at the home and would like to address your concerns raised. <br>The Home Manager spent a lot of time with you as a family and with your dad to ensure his time spent with us was enjoyable as possible. <br><br>Your father's aim was always to return home and he never wanted to come to a Care Home. All concerns raised were reported to the relevant external agencies who completed investigations into each of your concerns. We also have a dedicated housekeeping team at the home seven days a week who have recently received an award for the home's cleanliness. We also have a dedicated maintenance team within the home and a 24-hour call-out service for things such as heating which is monitored on a daily basis. <br><br>Thank you for taking the time to review the home and we hope this has addressed some of your concerns.
