Thank you for your review, we are sorry that your experiences weren't what you or mum expected, we offer assurances that all the meals that were provided to mum during her stay were in fact consistent with her dietary requirements. Your meeting with the home manager was taken over by the deputy manager who continued the meeting due to the registered manager having a scheduled pre-arranged meeting. It was during this meeting with the deputy manager that we discussed what the home was doing to rectify the error made by external agencies, please accept our apologies if this wasn't communicated in a manner that thoroughly explained the process.
