Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. We are sorry that the personal care given to your father is not always consistent and we have rectified this by allocating him a keyworker to ensure that all personal needs are met. We are also in the process of implementing a new organisation system in the laundry to ensure all personal items are returned promptly. In regard to activities, we realise that all our residents have not been able to enjoy the outdoors due to the pandemic and are delighted that now things are improving we can organise trips out weekly. We have a few trips planned, the first was last week to Bourton on the water. We are happy to know that we are a friendly team and meet your other expectations.
