We are very saddened and disappointed to discover that you and your father feel you did not receive the standard of care we strive for each day at White Rose Lodge before he moved out in September 2021 and for this, we sincerely apologise. Having reviewed our records we can see your father had complex care needs and the home followed the advice of external healthcare professionals in delivering the required level of support and intervention. We have reviewed our historical complaints and have not found any complaint raised by you whilst your father resided at White Rose Lodge – had you done so we would have investigated your concerns and taken any corrective actions should they have been identified. We hope your father has settled well into his new home.
