I am very disappointed that this review has now been sent in after so long but any review good or bad will be addressed if not already done so at the time. The comments you have raised were all addressed at the time in a manner which would be expected and escalated in an open and honest way so that any concerns are highlighted and dealt with appropriately. At no time were you ignored and appropriate actions were taken. It was decided that the best option was for you to find another placement which was agreed by all. I would like to stress that all our residents are supported and cared for as individuals from a very hard-working team, under the very demanding times everyone has experienced over the past two years. Thank you again as we take all reviews seriously so that we can continue to improve and maintain high standards for our residents. We have had many really good reviews and sadly we have not managed to meet your expectations.
