Words of praise for our team and the service that we provide for our residents go such a long way nowadays, especially during these difficult times and after what has been a very challenging year for all of us. We do sincerely love your Mum, her warm, bubbly and caring nature. She is always down for singing and dancing, a friendly chat and a good laugh makes the unit feel alive.
