Hello, thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise this has been your experience. There have been many improvements made in the care home since November 2021, when your mother had a short stay with us. We have worked very closely with the Care Inspectorate and met all requirements and areas for improvement made from their findings and report as well as how the home communicate with relatives. We continue to learn from the feedback provided and will share this with the team to make improvements. We have also responded to the review published on the 7th of June 2022, the 15th June 2022 and the 16th June 2022 which relates to your mother's stay.
