I understand your frustration in regards to the home in the last three years mum has been a service user. We have had a large recruitment drive and we now have a soild team of support staff who are family orientated and receptive of the residents' needs.
As the manager of the home, I am pleased you have seen a vast improvement in the care being given. I will continue to work with yourselves; and others, to build a home from home for all residents.
