Firstly, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your comments about our team – they are dedicated to delivering an outstanding care experience for each and every one of our residents, and we are incredibly proud of them. We are sorry to hear that other areas of your dad’s stay didn’t match the high standards we expect for all of our residents, and will ensure this is addressed.<br>With regard to extending Dad’s stay – we’re so sorry that we couldn’t accommodate this. We’d have loved to have had Dad stay with us for a further break, and appreciate how much you wanted him to join us once again, but we cannot accept someone into our care unless we are certain we can meet their needs, and sadly following his deterioration in hospital it wouldn’t have been right for us to do so.<br>It was a pleasure to meet you and Dad, but if you’d like to speak with us at any time please do get in touch.
