We are sorry to hear your Dad has experienced issues with accessing the home on a weekend and that he had too long a wait before the door was opened by a member of staff. Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we are unable to give the code out to visitors. The Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager have been informed of your concern and they are looking at a suitable solution to this to ensure your Dad and other visitors are not left standing outside the home for long periods of time. The Home Manager would be more than happy to meet with your Dad or yourself to discuss any issues or concerns you have so that these can be addressed.
