Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We welcome constructive feedback! Firstly, we would like to say that we are sorry we could not meet your father-in-law’s needs. We are not a specialist dementia nursing home, as you are aware we are a residential home. Regarding medication, we do not have nurses employed here and liaise with the GP and district nurses regarding medication. Sadly your father-in-law's condition worsened whilst he was here, which is why we could not meet his needs. We are very pleased he is doing well at his new home. We wish him all the best as he was fondly thought of here and missed at Quaker House.
