Thank you for your feedback at Trinity House - we value your opinion and take any concerns seriously. I am sorry your visit was not good. I am observing and reviewing the care given, as this is not normal practice at Trinity House. I can reassure you that going forward, your visits will be more positive as staff spend a lot of time promoting independence and choices and your loved one is now settled into the home and appears happy in his environment. I am happy to meet with you should you wish to talk and discuss what we offer in the care home to promote good outcomes for all of our residents.
