With regards to your comments around the management team, although the home has previously experienced some changes in management, we have a permanent home manager in place who has been working within the home for six months. She is committed to a long-term future with the organisation and is ably supported by the deputy home manager and unit manager who are long-term colleagues at the setting. The home manager would be happy to meet with you at any time to discuss your relative's care and answer any queries you may have. We recognise the importance of working in partnership with families and welcome your input.
